Mandy Rounseville-Norgaard


Dr. Norgaard graduated with her doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Florida in 2009 after completing her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Dakota and Missouri State University. Her background experience includes private practice, ear nose and throat, educational, and department of Veteran Affairs. Dr. Norgaard launched Sioux Falls Audiology Associates with the vision to help those struggling with hearing loss to hear better.

A native of Sioux Falls, Dr. Norgaard has over 15 years of experience with diagnosing and treating hearing loss, but a lifetime of experience with wearing hearing aids. She was diagnosed with hearing loss at the age of three and has worn hearing aids since. Her goal is to help each patient with his or her own unique hearing needs to find a solution that improves quality of life. She was cared for by compassionate audiologists during her youth and is dedicated to bringing that same empathy and commitment to every interaction with patients in the greater Sioux Falls area. Hearing Loss Support Group

There are a staggering number of people with hearing loss – close to one-in-six globally – and most of us are not getting the emotional help we need. Hearing loss can cause individuals to become isolated and depressed.

At Sioux Falls Audiology Associates, we offer a hearing loss support group to help you to become your own best advocate. The goal of this group is to help those struggling to hear, learn to cope and live successful lives in spite of their hearing losses. We meet once a month, call our office for more information.

Mr. Norgaard received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University. Greg spent 20 years in the Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserves serving our country. He has a passion for helping our Veterans and a love for business. He finds himself right at home when assisting his wife in providing a better quality of life for others struggling to hear.
