The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is the first hearing aid built on Signia's new Multi-adaptive Xperience, or MaX, platform. Instead of using artificial intelligence primarily for a single task such as noise reduction, MaX uses four task-specific Deep Neural Networks that work together to analyze speech, background noise, the surrounding environment, and your own voice at the same time. The goal is not simply to make noisy places quieter. It is to help you stay connected to the people you want to hear while preserving awareness of the world around you, especially during complex, moving group conversations where traditional hearing aids can struggle.
Key Features of Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX
Acoustic Intelligence with Four AI Networks
Signia calls this new processing approach Acoustic Intelligence. It combines four Deep Neural Networks, each trained for a different listening task, and allows them to continuously share information with one another. Speech Detection helps identify conversation partners in complex settings, Own Voice Detection recognizes when you are speaking, Scene Analysis continuously evaluates your environment, and Noise Processing determines how aggressively noise should be reduced. This gives the hearing aids a more complete picture of what is happening around you before deciding how to process sound.
Built for Difficult Group Conversations
Following a conversation when several people are talking and noise comes from multiple directions is one of the biggest challenges of hearing loss. RealTime Conversation Enhancement AI locates and enhances multiple conversation partners as the discussion moves around the table. Signia reports that it processes 75 percent more data points per second than the previous Signia IX platform. In Signia-sponsored research, 97 percent of participants performed better with Signia MaX in noisy group conversations compared with key competitors. These are manufacturer-cited results, which we view as promising evidence that should be considered alongside your own individual performance.
Own Voice Processing Without Calibration
Own Voice Processing AI recognizes your own voice immediately, without requiring an in-clinic calibration step. Because the network has been trained on thousands of voices, it works right out of the box, helping your own voice sound natural while you focus on hearing others.
A More Powerful Chip for Always-On AI
Running four neural networks continuously requires substantial processing power. Compared with Signia IX, Signia says the new MaX chip provides 54 times more processing power, 50 percent greater energy efficiency, and twice the memory. This capacity is what allows Acoustic Intelligence to stay active throughout the day rather than being reserved for a single special mode. Signia reports up to 30 hours of battery life, though this varies with streaming, listening environment, and battery age.
Broad Connectivity with OneConnect Technology
Pure Charge&Go MaX uses Signia's OneConnect Technology, combining Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE Audio, telecoil connectivity, and Auracast hardware capability in one hearing aid. Please note that the hardware is Auracast-capable, but full Auracast functionality will be enabled through a Signia One app firmware update planned for March 2027.
Rechargeable Design and Portable Charger
The Pure C&G MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid available in eight color options. It ships with a pocket-size portable charger that stores up to four full charges. Signia reports a full charge in approximately four hours, with a 30-minute quick charge providing up to six hours of additional use.
Find Out If Signia MaX Is Right for You in Sioux Falls
The most advanced hearing aid is not automatically the best hearing aid for every person. At Sioux Falls Audiology Associates, Dr. Mandy Rounseville-Norgaard brings more than 15 years of clinical experience along with a lifetime of wearing hearing aids herself. She evaluates your hearing loss, speech understanding, and real-world listening goals before recommending a device, and every fitting follows evidence-based best practices, including Real Ear Measurements, so your Signia MaX hearing aids are verified against your specific hearing loss.
